The gait motion is complex and has many moving parts. In fact, we think that is so complex that you never exactly repeat the same stride twice in your life. There is a self-organizing principle that underlies your  gait. This idea of the dynamic systems theory is the basis for your walking and running gait analysis.

 When we decompose the gait cycle, we can detect several stable and unstable patterns. We call the stable patterns “attractors”.

We think the training of agility needs to respect this Innate Intelligence to be effective.
